It hasn’t even been a year I use this laptop only once a month to pay bills. It won’t take a charge and will not turn on. The outlet is good and also the adaptor as I bought a new one to see if that is the issue. I held the power button for 15 seconds and the white light lights bland then stays on. I am a software developer so understand all the troubleshooting and he pc still won’t turn on or hold a charge. Customer service has been no help and has made me try all the troubleshooting items I already preformed. They say they have no answer or a solution. So here I have a laptop barely used and not even a year old and now not useable. very disappointed . I am sure they won’t care about this review and do not refund me.

I got this to replace my Dell that would no longer power on. I specifically wanted it to be touch screen because of the type of work that I do. I am loving this laptop so far. It was easy to set up and is very easy to use. The battery life is good and thee charge time is great! The sound quality is also quite good.

Very fast laptop, especially for the price! Was a little nervous getting this but I am very happy that I did. I primarily use this for online school and Microsoft office projects and so far I have had no issues running quite a few programs at once with multiple files open and it's still very fast. Had a bit of a hard time setting it up at first as windows was in like a "safe" mode. But once I figured it out everything has been very smooth. Happy with the size, touch screen, resolution, speed, weight. Only thing that would make it better is maybe a light up key board or darker keys it's all silver. Overall, great purchase!

It's a good laptop and has been treating me well so far. It looks pretty nice, boots up quick, and has good battery life. The keys are pretty loud for being a laptop, it almost sounds hollow and I'm not the biggest fan of it. The keyboard also feels cheaper than I expected it to. Sound quality is great, I don't have to turn it up very high to hear it well. The touchscreen works fine, but I would suggest getting a screen protector for it as the screen material makes it feel odd and difficult to move something or scroll or do anything other than click (tap). Overall, considering it's memory, size, touchscreen capability, and knowing it should last me for the next few years (bought it for college use), it was worth the money.
