This laptop arrived in excellent condition, physically and working. I find it to be exactly as advertised in specifications, and I've been operating it a solid 36 hours, so far, and it does not disappoing in any way. I'm very pleased. I've purchased about 5 computers, all HP refurbished (by different vendors) during the last few years via amazon. This is, by far, the best. I've got Windows 11 installed on this, now, and I'm 'loading it up'.

Me encanto la verdad es una computadora muy rápida, muy práctica todas las funciones y programas que he necesitado las hace sun problemas, lo único que no me gusto mucho fue que al ser de un acabado tipo aluminio se raya fácil, de ahí en fuera todo excelente.

Me encantó es super rápida aunque a veces se me dificulte estar buscando los signos ya que el teclado es de E. U. Pero me encantó, y funciona al 100

The laptop it’s self is a good laptop. But the device specifications mentioned is absolute misinformation. I found out about this when it was too late and it was absolutely my fault for trusting in the items being sold that are verified by Amazon. I would recommend the laptop but definitely not from this source/seller.

El producto llegó bien protegido. Pero en estética le daría un 8 de 10. El equipo es muy rápido y la verdad está funcionando muy bien.

I needed a reliable and fast machine to replace my work PC. This one has all the standard stuff and good performance specs. It is not the newest generation, nor the fastest. But, my other personal machine is an i5, and this machine runs circles around it. It is difficult to find good deals on i7 machines. This one has a nice graphics coprocessor and better than average ram. Great deal!

Product works great and came as described. Its more than i need but should last until windows 11 turns into windows 12
