I had to wait about a week to receive my refurbished laptop. Read all the reviews and got a little concerned about what condition it would be in when received. I was pleasantly surprised that it arrived in tip-top condition and ready for me to download apps I had on my old computer and immediately get to work. I am so happy to find a great laptop at such an affordable price that works great so far. This was my first time ordering a refurbished product, and I am quite satisfied, especially since I saved a lot of money!

Es la 2da que compro, funciona muy bien, pasa casi por nueva. Solo me dio problemas el Windows 11, tiene un parche de seguridad que impide modificarle muchas cosas, como poner el idioma español por ejemplo.

No prende ni carga, estéticamente está bien pero de nada sirve si no es ¡funcional ! En mi opinión y por otros comentarios que son más malos que buenos no la recomiendo de nada

Please note: This is a refurb, so any buyer should expect some minor scratches, scuffs or other signs of prior use (but not abuse). Sadly, as soon as I pulled this out of the box I noticed the lid of the laptop was flawless, but within just a few seconds, I realized that was due to a giant sticker being applied to make it look new. Ok, that's frustrating because it's a cheap cover-up, but if the rest of the laptop operates as expected, I can look past the sticker.The charger is not an OEM charger, as I think most could safely assume would be included.Despite the above, I chose to keep the laptop (for a new college student), as I needed a laptop in a hurry and functionally everything seemed to work.Fast forward after 3 months of use, the sticker is peeling and horribly scratched up just from taking it in and out of a laptop bag. The sticker scratched far more easily than the original finish. The battery is now drawing down at a normal/acceptable rate, but once it hits around 30%, the laptop occasionally just shuts down, which is not normal behavior. Lastly, the mouse clicks on the trackpad are not as much of a positive click as it had been only a few months prior.Sadly, I will be submitting a warranty request on this laptop and would not recommend this for all reasons stated above.Update: After about 8 months of ownership, now the clicks on the trackpad are not working at all.This purchase was an absolute mistake. I’ve been in IT for over 25 years and have seen thousands of refurbished laptops and desktops, and this was sold as being in “Excellent” condition. Especially with the horrible sticker on the lid, which I assume is to hide scratches, by no stretch of the imagination should this be considered “Excellent”. I would consider this a “Good” condition laptop at best.

Sadly, as soon as I pulled this out of the box I noticed the lid of the laptop was flawless, but within just a few seconds, I realized that was due to a giant sticker being applied to make it look new. Ok, that's frustrating because it's a cheap cover-up, but if the rest of the laptop operates as expected, I can look past the sticker.The charger is not an OEM charger, as I think most could safely assume would be included.Despite the above, I chose to keep the laptop (for a new college student), as I needed a laptop in a hurry and functionally everything seemed to work.Fast forward after 3 months of use, the sticker is peeling and horribly scratched up just from taking it in and out of a laptop bag. The sticker scratched far more easily than the original finish. The battery is now drawing down at a normal/acceptable rate, but once it hits around 30%, the laptop occasionally just shuts down, which is not normal behavior. Lastly, the mouse clicks on the trackpad are not as much of a positive click as it had been only a few months prior.Sadly, I will be submitting a warranty request on this laptop and would not recommend this for all reasons stated above.Update: After about 8 months of ownership, now the clicks on the trackpad are not working at all.This purchase was an absolute mistake. I’ve been in IT for over 25 years and have seen thousands of refurbished laptops and desktops, and this was sold as being in “Excellent” condition. Especially with the horrible sticker on the lid, which I assume is to hide scratches, by no stretch of the imagination should this be considered “Excellent”. I would consider this a “Good” condition laptop at best.
