There is a paper like sticker on the laptop that is peeling, I guessed it was placed on it to make it appear clean/new and not it's barely a month and it's peeling off already.Then sometimes, I get to hear heavy/loud sounds like an overheating kind of sound from the laptop.

I was in search for a laptop for my WAH position that needed to have certain aspects. One of these major aspects was having a built in Ethernet connection which I could only locate on gaming laptops. I didn’t want o need that type of laptop as I’ll only be using it for personal and more so for work. We all know those things are EXPENSIVE even the refurbished ones and my budget just wouldn’t allow for it. I decided to go with an external USB Ethernet adapter if needs be. I was also looking for 17in monitor thinking the wider screen would help. Again the prices were out of the range I was able to spend.After some readjustment on the screen size and willingness to accept a 14in I came across multiple products for the price range I was looking for. I was pleasantly surprised that this one had all the specs I needed to include the built in Ethernet connection my decision came relatively easy. So I selected to purchase this with a 2 year warranty of course because that’s what I do with all electronics.Customer Service: This is was took the experience to another level for me. After purchasing this original item I was contacted by the seller immediately. That offered me a screen upgrade to 15in with no additional cost while still keeping all the specs I needed in the laptop. MIND BLOWN!! This was definitely a blessing!! Thanks to the sellers for offering that and ensuring I still received my it per the stated date. It was almost earlier but we all know shipping delays happen that are out of the sellers control.So far I have been using the product for a week and my two issues I take from it are the following:-The battery life is questionable but I’m sure that can adjust in settings-I occasionally get a black boot up/system/hardware test screen which I have learned to navigate around for now. This would be the one thing I reach back out to the seller about if it continues.Overall my experience with this purchase and the seller have been exactly what I stated in the title; More Than Expected!!Thank You

El equipo cumple con lo especificado, tiene unos pequeños desgastes en la pintura en la base y en la bisagra que son casi imperceptibles. En general funciona bien, viene con windows 10 pro en ingles, también viene con una cuenta ya configurada, supongo que así lo hacen para instalarle los controladores específicos de HP que requiere el equipo. Si lo coloco sobre una mesa el equipo se calienta, pero si lo coloco en una base alta se mantiene fría. Lo único que no me gusto es la cámara, no tiene nitidez y se ve borrosa la imagen a los lados. Por lo demás es rápida, el cpu y la batería funcionan bien. No tiene reconocimiento de huella. En general es un buen producto con respecto a la calidad que recibes por el precio que pagas.

After unpacking this laptop, I looked and scrutinized the whole unit. I was very impressed, because this refurbished model looked brand new! No scratches, No dents, extremely clean!The setup of windows 10 Pro was a breeze, even the 10 G network over Thunderbolt was / is extremely fast. The i7 CPU, 16 Gb Ram, and Thunderbolt work together extremely well. It only took a few minutes to get "everything" set up. After imaging the drive to my NAS for safety reasons, I upgraded to Windows 11 Pro. Now I'm even more impressed! Absolutely error free upgrade to Windows 11 Pro. I'm using a Sonnettech Solo 10 G SFP+ Thunderbolt connection and it is crazy FAST. Reinstalling my software went through error free and really quick. I can definitely recommend this seller and would definitely buy from them again. I definitely feel that I purchased a very good refurbished laptop. Naturally, the 14" screen is too small for me, but the HDMI port connects to a 27" Samsung curved monitor which is perfect for me. Having a USB 3.1 hub with 3 ports helps when connection ports are limited. I did notice that 3 keys on the keyboard needed a little TLC because they wouldn't respond 100% correct, but after Q-tip cleaning they worked as designed 😉.I'm very surprised and happy with this purchase!One month update:I have put this laptop through the paces of rigorous office work and high speed network compatibility using a 10 Gb SFP+ Thunderbolt connection. This is awesome!It works flawlessly on my 10 Gb network and can do a complete laptop NVMe drive image in under 7 minutes. Even after the update to Windows 11 Pro the system is running great.If you need a reliable and fast laptop, then check out this seller, good quality and fast delivery, but hurry, they are selling out fast!

La compré y al principio funcionaba excelente después usarla como una semana se empezó a despintar se le callo la pintura y a los 20 días me empezó a dar pantallazo azul y ya no quiso encender me marcaba error de disco duro ya que no podía leer el sistema además que el cargador llegó dañado además que en la página dice que tiene sensor de huella y no funcionó jamásEn lo personal no la recomiendo

El único detalle es que el teclado es en ingles, y no lo especificaban, al comprar en la tienda MX uno asume que lis teclados están en español!
