Great computer for everyday use. Great processsing power, and excellent screen resoution. The value for the money is second to none. Exactly what you'd expect from HP

I've had this computer for less than six months, and it has been nothing but trouble. It constantly has issues updating its system, along with various other problems. At times, it completely freezes, making it unusable. Given my experience, I strongly advise against buying this model. Save yourself the frustration and look for a more reliable option.

I purchased this "NEW" computer and right away the box looked like it had been opened from the bottom and taped back up. When I opened the box and opened the lid on the laptop i noticed the machine was on as it was not in the off state, just in standby. When the screen came on, the two error codes shown in the pictures were displayed on the screen and the machine would not boot. Going to send it back.

The laptop worked fine and was easy to set up. However, it was not able to perform an automatic Windows 11 update. When I reached out for help, they responded quickly. While they were unable to provide a fix or solution, on return they provided a full refund plus an Amazon gift card for my inconvenience.

After an initial excitement, three days ago a disappointment followed when the system update for version 24H2 repeatedly failed, signaling, strangely and repeatedly, that the laptop does not meet the requirements of Windows 11, contrary to PC Health Check's assertion that the PC meets the requirements... Online reviews suggested updating the BIOS, which I did. Version 24H2 no longer appears as an update option when I check for updates, even though it's not installed yet. I'll wait another week or so to determine whether to return the laptop or not. Therefore, for now, I am giving the product only one star.
