Al principio pensé que había sido una excelente compra, precio-calidad excelente….ELPROBLEMA Querer conseguir los cartuchos es imposible al menos en México, son del número 67, que no los encuentras en tiendas físicas, aquí en Amazon cuestan 1,200 pesos cada cartucho. Trate de buscarlos en la tienda de HP directo, porque en la impresora tiene pegado un letrero que tiene la opción de comprarlos, y nos los manejan en la tienda de HP.Y rellenarlos se puede SI…….PERO la impresora los detecta y bloquea las impresionesDESILUCIONADA DE LA COMPRACONSIDERO QUE ES UNA IMPRESORA DESECHABLE

Cumple su función, de hecho el que pueda mandar las impresiones desde el celular le da un plus, solo que, el cartucho a color que traen me fallo a los 2 días, marcaba vacío y error cuando lo tenían puesto.

It works like a charm, I mainly use it to scan but when I first started to print it worked well. Right now, the printing is not great. I'll try to see if changing the ink cartridges fixes the issue.

La impresión de fotos y/o imágenes salía muy mal, opte por devolverla y fue rápido el proceso y reembolso.

Printer works great. Very easy to use and paper comes out perfect for whatever you need to Print. I had bought another brand just a few months later at almost the same price of HP Printer and HP was the best hands down. Very pleased with my purchase

I love the fact that this machine prints beautiful. It seams to print a lot on each cartridge and when my black in ran out it printed words in color which is very helpful. My only think my other printer did which I wish this one could do is print on both sides of paper automatically. I have to physically turn each paper over and reinsert it. Sleek looking machine.

If you're into setting it up and figuring out how it works in your own, then it's a good printer. Has wifi capability that's useless without tech support which there is none as this model is no longer supported or made by HP. The app/ site was helpful for minor adjustments but there will be no help for resolving any issues that may come up or wifi connection. Even the refurbished company's tech support is a farse as no one ever responded to my email and the number provided didn't work. Beware. Luckily, I'm a bit tech savvy so I was able to setup and have it work properly on my own. I just plug it in to my laptop or phone and it works fine. It wouldn't ever connect to the wifi, it kept coming up undetectable. It came with ink cartridges and now I'm having trouble finding the same replacements so now I have to search for others that may be compatible. I ordered cannon cartridges that said they would be compatible but they weren't so now I'm stuck with them.
