Don't buy this printer if you have more than an occasional TINY job to print. The print quality is excellent, but it is slow, it overheats if you try to print too much at a time, and it keeps losing its mind and stopping for no reason! Add to that the fact that it is now refusing to print when the toner cartridges are low, even if they still have some life in them, and it is almost completely unusable for my small business. I need to print training workbooks (between 40-80 pages each), but the memory seems so limited that it can't even handle queuing up only TWO workbooks at a time! I'm having to queue up one at a time, then keep checking on them to see if they're still printing. I have been trying to print one set of workbooks all afternoon (for 4 hours) and all I've been able to print is 4.5 workbooks... (the printer has stopped and is cooling down AGAIN). Now, I've thrown this money down the drain and have to get a different printer that will actually work for my business. Very disappointed.

Does the job for a competitive price considering the brand. Very compact and perfect for the space I have it in. I wouldn’t consider myself a tech person, but set up was not difficult at all. Prints fine wirelessly, clean prints, and vibrant colors. I bought it for our small business so the speed is good for its purpose. I haven’t experienced cartridge changing yet but I’ll update here if I run into any issues.

Plug and play pretty much. Quality of pages are great and the value is great because it's the cheapest colour laser printer I found.

I ordered the HP 3201 DW and so far it has met my expectations. I upgraded to a laser printer for my home office needs and after reading the pros and cons, I took a chance on this model and after a week, I have to say things are going well. The colors are vibrant, the printing is quick and relatively quiet. I have an IMac so the setup was instant and easy. I plugged it in, my wife hit a few buttons and wah-lah .. wifi printing. No HP downloads and it even works with Samsung. I print directly from my Samsung cell phone with no challenges at all. I am pleased with the delivery, ease of use, quality, size, price and appearance. This is supposedly the "newer" version and I did purchase the extended warranty just in case.
