Wonderful product . I love the features and how sturdy it is. I love the screen quality and the functionality and it is very well matched for the price and I love the touch screen

Very happy with this product. Everything came as described, looks like a brand new laptop and works perfectly. The screen is a nice size, I like that it is touchscreen. It's very easy to use. Very good value for what I paid. No lagging issues either.

I purchased a chromebook that was listed as new but I received a refurbished one. I have had no positive response in getting the chromebook replaced with a new one as advertised.
