I regret buying this laptop. The long set up before use is bad enough, but also the keyboard and mouse take several times to work after touching them , if at all. I have never actually gotten past the set up. Did anyone test the keys on this laptop before selling it?

Very Frustrating. I have helped people in the past 6 months set up Chrome as their default browser on a new HP. The programing on this computer is making it impossible to do. I will be returning.Plus the computer arrived in candy apple red. 👎

I bought this laptop to use for basic daily use and I can’t even get into settings without it taking a half hour. DO NOT BUY unless you have a lot of time on your hands. Very disappointed
