To anyone complaining that this is plastic, yeah it is $30. This works great for my wife and me since I like a higher shower and she the low. The only annoying thing was getting all the pieces lines up straight AMD being tight. It took some trial and error and a bunch of plumber's tape but once I got it, it is great. I can't speak to the filter too much as it seemed to work at first and then we either got used to it, or it stopped working, but as a whole this is a great shower head. If you are looking to use it for little kids or dogs, the hose is not very long and I would reccomend getting a longer one.

I moved into a new house recently and wanted to upgrade the shower head in the main bath as I wanted a massage/hard stream type function as well as a hand-held option. This unit had a reasonable price and offered several spray choices. It comes with an optional water filtration system which I didn't need, and didn't install, but the install was quite easy and took about 10 minutes total. I had to make one adjustment with a washer in order to curtail leakage from one of the joints but it was not difficult in the least, and I consider myself only somewhat handy. Just make sure you have the right adjustable pliers or wrench to tighten the connections and use a covering cloth to protect the plastic as you do so.The shower stream options are great - exceeded expectations in terms of variety and also strength of power stream/massage option. It's a focused blast of three tight streams and it feels really good on tired muscles. It takes a little torque to change the streams though, so I have to remove the hand-held from its perch in order to do that, which is a very minor inconvenience but would be nice to not have to take it off.The only other issue I have, which is not one yet, is that the parts are almost entirely plastic and very lightweight, so I do wonder about long-term durability, but at this price point I don't think you can expect a ton of metal or more durable synthetics. Very happy with the purchase so far but will update later if anything changes..

This is a great product! Easy to install and it looks nice. Yes it’s plastic but most products like this are these days. Just don’t overtighten. I tightened everything by hand, no tools used at all. I also use my own Teflon tape as this one isn’t great quality. Overall great value forThe money.

EDIT: Still using this and happy with it, 1.5 years later.So far, so good! Wanted this for dog and bath cleaning purposes, it turns out that the higher placed handheld unit is also great for my significant other, who is much taller than I. Everybody is happy- dog bath time became so easy, I can blast the entire stall clean, my man can shower completely under it, and I get my own shower head that I can angle to keep my hair dry. EVERYONE WINS (the dogs might disagree with me).It is fairly cheap construction, and the hose for the handheld does leak a bit (they specifically state NOT to use plumber’s tape on that bit)- these are the only thing that keep it from being a 5 star review. I don’t know how long it will last, but at the price, we would buy it (or another, better quality model of the same thing) again. It was the only design of this nature that also came with a water filter that I could find, and I do prefer that for the sake of my sensitive skin and colored hair.
