It is as advertised- fairly thick padding, reinforcement at the headstock. The outer fabric is a stiff canvas-like material, and inside is a thin nylon weave (typical gig bag inside). I received a free set of strings as well, although I do not know how good they will be... The pouch outside would be nicer if it was not a flat pocket but they were clear on this detail. The handle and straps seem to be durable but time will tell. The pattern is vibrant and with sharp lines, so it looks good.It arrived completely flattened out and folded in half and in a bag. Next shower, I will bring the gig bag stuffed with rags into the washroom to steam it and hpoefully get it into proper shape. As the walls are flattened out when delivered, you need to guide the zipper a bit but once the bag has returned to its normal shape this will be lessened. The zipper has double pulls, so you can zip from either side or from both sides and meet in the middle.The old adage is "you get what you pay for"... with this gig bag, I think you get a bit more than that. I am very happy with my purchase.

This is a nice case. It fits my tenor ukulele like a glove. I love that it has a front pocket for your strings, capo, tuner, picks, etc. the handle is nice and feels good in the hand. The design is actually woven in instead of just printed on which is amazing! I wouldn’t rely on this to protect your uke from something falling on it or a decent drop but it will do it’s job and has enough cushion to protect the instrument from basic things like scratches while traveling. It’s a bit darker than the photo so keep that in mind when ordering. Overall, I really like this case and will be using it for a long time!

Considering the bags I can get locally for the same price are all plain and black, this was a really good deal. The pattern is more green/navy than the teal/blue that it appeared to be on the listing, but I still love the design. I had been a little hesitant because other reviewers had mentioned that it was a snug fit. I didn't find that with my Kala KA-C, which measures to be just over 24 inches. I found it to be a perfect fit, and it looks to be well made.
