Fits comfortably around my neck and makes my pendant fall exactly where I want it. Too soon to comment on tarnish resistance, but I can update if I find it unsatisfactory.

This is high qualityI gave as a gift but it didn’t lay as flat on her as she wanted so I kept it for myself. Not a cheap thin band, it’s strong. If you want it to lay flush on neck this might be too much for you. But if you are ok with it having a bit of movement, it’s great.

I like the simplicity of this. I purchased it to hang a heavy jade pendant from and at first it didn't work well and came undo easily. I just took some pliers and bent the hook a little tighter. It wasn't easy, as I bought the stainless steel one and it took some strength to bend the hook. After that it stayed closed better. Since the pendant is fairly heavy, I can't say this is the most comfortable thing I've ever worn - but any chain would probably dig in a bit too. So a good item for the money.

The only fault I can give this necklace is that the end point/ "clasp" has a semi-sharp end from where the metal has been cut....it's not sharp enough to actually injure you, but it does get quite annoying if you're the type to wear necklaces for a long period of time. It should easily be solved with some hot glue, or maybe plain wax.
