Programming is a little more complicated than on my old thermostat, I haven't yet found a way to edit one time period without going through the entire cycle. Otherwise it seems to work fine. Had it installed by my HVAC company so I can't comment on that.

This does what it says.Read the whole list of setup options and install yourself with confidence.I bought for the AUTO mode. This is not a default mode. You have to configure it through the menus.Set a heat temp separately. Permanent holdSet a cool temp separately. Permanent holdSet to ATUO mode, and it will switch between modes as you go over/under your set temps by a degree or two.has two mounting options, I used the bigger plate as I was installing in place of a larger older unit.Once setup, walk away and forget it!
