I love this new backpack! It was perfect for flying with United and Delta as a personal item. It fits more than you’d think, has a lot of pockets (loved the hidden pocket for valuables!), has straps and a nice color selection. It fits perfectly under the seat and held up well on a 10 day trip. The only thing I wish is that I would have had it for my previous trips!

I was really impressed with this backpack right out of the package. It seems well constructed, sturdy, and would work perfectly for an overnight bag (or longer for light packers). It would also work as a personal item used in addition to a carry-on roller bag because it will definitely fit under the airplane seat, and that combination would provide a lot of packing space. There are many different travel backpacks on Amazon - this is a smaller, 20 liter size that is compliant with the most stringent budget airline limitations.The laptop sleeve and shoulder straps are well padded. It's well organized without having too many pockets. I was surprised and happy that my laptop fit, and that the padded laptop compartment is the closest one to the strap side. It also has a padded interior divider so you could also put an iPad or reader inside too.The main compartment is deeper than I expected. I think the designers of this bag did a great job maximizing the usable space in the tight dimensions allowed by airlines. I was able to pack a change of clothes, pajamas, toiletries, a pair of flats, a water bottle, my computer and cords, and other odds and ends, all in a personal item!Minor negatives: 1) the side pockets are too flat to hold water bottles if the bag is full. Those pockets could maybe be used for papers, small notebooks, flip flops, etc. 2) The strap that can slip over the handle of a roller bag is a little bit narrow so it's a tight squeeze, especially when the bag is full. It does still work on my Travelpro roller though.

Very good, only thing is I wish the sides of the back had some stability to them so they would hold the shape while you pack it. But a small inconvenience in a big world
