I like the looks of this bed rest/reading pillow. I used my previous pillow for 12 years before the cover could not be sewn together again. Purchased this pillow, followed all the directions to fluff it up. Unfortunately this pillow does not offer any support. I just want to lean against it and watch tv in the evenings, like I did with my old one. The foam stuffing doesn’t give you any support to lean against, and arm rests that are skimpy and about two inches high. It appears to need at least two more full batches of stuffing to fill it. The extra stuffing they send isn’t enough to make just one of the arm rests firm. I’m having to place a bed pillow behind this item to give it some support , but it still is not enough. I tried to ready the small family business to ask for more stuffing and the reading light, but the system said I had to deal with Amazon. Asked Amazon to send more stuffing and I'd forget the light, but only choices: return for refund or replacement or buy 5# of foam stuffing, at my expense, to make this comfortable or take the cover off and put it on my old bed rest pillow. I cannot recommend this item unless you want a slouching pillow without any back support or comfortable arm rests.

Love the pillow but the reading light is missing. I’ve seen the reviews and this seems to be frequent.

Listing stated that this pillow comes with a reading light, but it does not. The listing has been updated with a note in one of the images that states the medium doesn't come with a reading light and only the large and extra large comes with one. When purchased this was not stated and an images of the listing title is included.One note, it can take a while for the pillow to expand and the instructions state it can take up to 48 hours to expand. To assist with expansion you can pull or massage the memory foam pieces which are clumped together to encourage expansion.Pillow did come with another little bag of extra compressed memory foam if you want to fill it further.
