What's there not to like? Arrived in 2 days, packaged tight and tidy. The install was super easy and straightforward. And to top it off, it was under $25 for the lock body AND knobs with backplates?! I'm buying more to finish the rest of my other rooms with these. You really can't go wrong with this mortise lockset. 10/10

This can be setup for both left and right doors but the instructions were not the most clear how to do that but I did get it apart and figured it out. The keys work great and are keyed in a way that makes lining it up in the keyhole. I have an older home so almost every door has these kind of locks on them and I'm happy to know if I need more replacements that these work great with minimal amount of chiseling required to get them to fit.Absolutely would order these again. This was one of the cheaper options but quality and aesthetics were bog good and it was a simple mechanism to take apart.Just note though, if you need to reverse the latch you need to put the plate on THEN the spring through the small opening otherwise the plate will not fit flush with the lock, this I had some issues figuring because the written instructions are not as clear as they could be. Not enough to knock a star off though. Great lock.

I Installed a little over a week ago. The knobs coming loose and I keep having to screw then tight again

I bought 5 of these and they all keep coming loose and even falling apart. I had 3 different handymen attempt to fix them but the problem still persists. Cheaply made and poor value for the price.
