I just received this today for my daughter. Super easy install! Easy to unpack. Super easy to move around on my hard wood floors. This wonderful machine produces very cool air, amazing! It will be perfect for a hot California summer.It takes about a minute for the cool air to kick on, and it makes a bit of noise for the first 10-15 seconds before it quiets down and pushes out the cold air. Very satisfied with this product.

This is an obviously refurbished model. I say obviously because it was covered in dust (inside and outside of the unit) inside of the packaging, alluding that it sat around in a shop for a while. After a little clean up, it was well worth the 150 in savings from a NIB unit. Works well, blows cold and isn't too noisy. I'm usually leery about buying refurbished but in this case it was worth it as we needed the unit as a subsidiary to our cooling system and not a primary.

This thing is not for anyone that lives in a hot area.I have 2 of these now. One in a bedroom and it wont even keep a small bedroom cool. The only cool spot is sitting right in front of it. If you stand up or hold your hands out all you feel is heat. Its like a cool tunnel surrounded by heat. Very inefficient. High electric bill for a house that gets up to 87-90 degrees, sometimes its even cooler outside than inside with these... figure that one out...

It's a great ac. I like how it is not noisy.
