changed awhile back to this product, was previously feeding the sensitive stomach type to my dog. my dog seems to like this blend better, its cheaper & dog seems to feel better, lost a little weight and better stools. Win Win

Muy buen producto, mi perro perdía demasiado pelo. Al usar el producto dejo de tener ese problema. Ahora tiene mejor salud en su pelo y le brilla demasiado.

A lot of people think that rescue dogs are always scrawny and underweight.It's surprizing how many are actually obese.Some even morbidly overweight.These are the doggies that usually will eat anything as long as it's the junk they've had thrown at them while they've been immobile, chained to a post or confined in a small crateThe three more recent boys came in with no interest in eating what we had to offer; mostly because of the drastic change in their environment.We'd tried a few different things but mostly it was a nibble and then ignore.A few times the bit of food came back up right away.Living on mostly donuts, pizza and beer for most of their two years probably should have killed these gentle boys long ago.Some how they survived but in the beginning with us the right food was really hard for them to adjust to.Keep in mind that this is a vet supervised situation so we weren't doing anything we shouldn't have been.We are including this back story in our review to show the amazing impact that the Hill's Brand has made on these boys' lives.Fortunately there was a donation of the Hill's Brand Sensitive Stomach and Skin food just at the right time.It was what the boys liked and they had great success transitioning into healthier eating.Timing was right when we had this opportunity to test the Hill's 'Adult Light kibble'.They have taken to it readily from the Sensitive Stomach and skin with no negative results.There's no indication of being hungry and they are still loosing a few ounces.The increase in activity went from our encouraging 'come on , you can do it' to'whoa, wait for us' and we love it!Hill's has always had a high level of quality ingredients and seems to get the balance of nutrition just right.We aren't calling the Hill brand a miracle food.There's probably a few other brands that the boys might have taken too; eventually.It is just put together right and the timing of receiving it was perfect for the boys.Oh maybe we should mention what we renamed the boys.Hill, Scie and Dieter.Corny we know but oh sooo appropriate.
