They are everything she wants in a boot & What you would expect from a bzns that’s had operated for over a hundred years. Except the packaging I thought would be more than a cardboard box but they are boots and it is the normal common way for footwear to be packaged. My wife says they are made of good thick high quality leather. She got them for Xmas and has wore them multiple times.(It’s mid February now)And said the zipper is the only way she needs to take them off and on. The comfort doesn’t seem to dissipate or smash down needing to buy insoles. She deals w an old ankle injury that she had surgery on yrs ago. She said they don’t effect it in any negative way in fact the give her support and keep that ankle like it never had an issue. They don’t only make good/legendary motorcycles but their merch is every bit of what you would ask beg pray and expect from Harley Davidson. Delivery was earlier than expected which was a pleasant experience and delight I was able to keep them hid and a surprise for her to open Xmas morning. Ty Harley and Amazon

These boots are a perfect fit to size plus make my size 10 feet look small somehow. They feel good and are very sturdy. Great for riding.

Stylish, high-quality, ZERO BREAK-IN TIME required. Very rock n roll in appearance. Put them on right out of the box and they fit like a dream. Doesn't squeeze your toes at all, flattering fit. I wear them to work and have traveled in them. Easy on-and-off. Will definitely buy more footwear from Harley after this.

Very well made strong sturdy boots. Unlike so many other products on Amazon they look exactly as shown in the photo. Would highly recommend!

Me encantan, se ven muy bien, el modelo increíble, muy cálidas y cómodas, se siente solo un poco el peso, pero es un numero grande, es de esperar, de gran calidad, muy recomendables.
