A Hario sempre tem confeccionado produtos de qualidade. Gostei da aquisição pois acho que melhorou meu método de extração. Achei apena um material um pouco frágil. Se usar com cuidado não creio que ocorrerão problemas.

This is very useful for coffees which have a lot of fines as it completely eliminates any agitation of the coffee bed while adding water. Ethiopian coffees can tend to have very long draw down times, and this helps a lot.Very useful addition to your V60 setup.

Cuando tienes una barra y estás haciendo otra bebida sirve mucho para que no requiera tanta atención tu café filtrado.

This is nice for when you’re just starting out with pour overs as it’s a softer way to distribute water over the bed of coffee. It’s also nice if you have a regular kettle and can’t be faffed to get a specific goose neck kettle. There’s a fair bit of finesse to getting pour overs right and this will help at least with the consistency in water pouring technique. I’ve come to find that immersion is way more forgiving so my Switch gets more of a workout over my regular V60 these days. Pouring in pulses is definitely more romantic/cooler but the up and down of slightly acidic/under extracted/over extracted is ok for weekends only.
