I damaged the threads on one of my wheel studs bad enough that it made turning the nut on extremely difficult. I was on the fence about buying a new stud or this to help me repair the threads. I decided to buy the tool and if it worked well enough I would have it for future use. It worked perfectly. I have a 2013 Ram 2500.. I needed the M14x1.5. Some reviews mentioned getting the wrong size this was not the case for me. Saved me from having to tear things apart to change the stud. It dressed the threads well enough (although still show damage) that the nut threads on very easily. Great tool. Very handy to have. Made in the US.

I used this die on a German car axle studs that had been upset by previous owner of my car. I went over all 20 studs with the die and it worked perfectly. It is slightly larger that a 36mm socket and will not fit the socket. Instead I used a pair of slip-joint pliers to get it to function correctly. No problem with the die and no tool marks either. Well pleased. Great price for an excellent die.

Awesome product, was actually much bigger than I expected! But, it works flawlessly, arrived quickly and is a great value for the money. I'd buy another from this company for sure.
