I’m very happy with this purchase and I would recommend you buy this product. It works very well. I love having the option to make either a full pot or a single cup, and both options work perfectly. You can not use both at the same time, however, and the single cup device does NOT take K-Cups. You can NOT put a K-Cup in the holder because there is no mechanism to pierce the top, but you could open the K-Cup and put the coffee into the filter that comes with this machine since that is just the right amount to make one cup (approx 2 tbsp).I love the coffee pot because it doesn’t leak when you pour, and it feels sturdy enough to, possibly, survive a fall. The machine itself is also attractive and complements my kitchen counter.

Pros: Built-in grind catcher into caraffe. Auto-shut off was a life saver as i forgot 1 morning shortly after purchase. Thicker caraffe glass, less likely to break than the others! Cons: Individual cup section is NOT heated, so make sure u do it when on way out the door. Rinse coffee grind holder.l before ea. use. Sometimes a tiny bit of liquid coffee is retained. *Bonus: Coffee will be super hot 🔥 so blow before sipping or let it sit for a minute. Perfect for travel/ commutes. Great quality device. Definitely an upgrade from my classic coffee maker.

love love this great coffee maker. my girlfriend has one so that’s when I first saw it and had to buy one for myself. one cup or a whole pot right at your fingertips. I bought the white one. it looks nice on the countertop and so easy to use. shuts off automatically. also the one cup filter is permanent. no pods needed. get one!

Everything works great for me. I purchased it on Oct 7, 2024, and use the one-cup side primarily, but it's nice to have the big pot for company. However, I just noticed pink mold (a bacteria) growing inside the one-cup water unit because it is white plastic and noticeable! Horrors! All the insides of other pots were black or colored plastic, so I never even imagined my otherwise clean pot was so dirty! Could this be the reason for drippy noses all the time? I will follow some directions on YouTube and plan to clean every month or so. I have a small black coffee pod maker that I have used for over a year, and I hate to know what is in the black water chamber! But it is getting a major vinegar cleanse now, too! Run it with a cup or two of vinegar, then rinse until all the junk is floated out, and you're happy it is clean. I had to stop using my CPAP machine because it is deep in the main beautiful machine, which is all plastic. Wow, who knew? This mold is now known to grow in showers, sinks, bathtubs, and anything water touches. Just never thought it would be in my new coffee pot! I will also open my chambers to air dry and clean everything on a schedule of no more than 60 days apart on the 1st when we clean our distiller. I use only distilled water, so I can't blame that. Enjoy your pot, but don't forget to clean it!
