The sustainer was setup incorrectly. Ended up returning it but they attempted to help me via email.

This thing is hot! Weight is just right. The ebony fretboard and maple neck feel so very good. The trem is much fun. I bought the Birch Green because I like the crazy color. The EMG Retro Active Hot 70 in the bridge is killer - It's like Van Halen 1 Atomic Punk "hot". The Sustainiac.. What can I say. It's just so much fun. Love it!

Got to say first that my new guitar got here right on time . I was really excited to play my first schecter opened the box and got to see the eye popping riviera blue schredder.Wow....... What a beautiful guitar checked it out and made sure all things were up to per. The fit and finish is super and the action is just right. Tuned it up and started playing . This is all I was expected and a lot more for the price range. Real satisfied with my purchase . Would recommend to all. let's start shredding. s. c.
