Pros: reaches EVERYWHERE on my high vaulted ceiling. Easy to adjust pole length & attachments. It has multiple attachments for various jobs. The bendable pieces bend without hassle and straighten back out easily. Shipping was fast, product was packaged very well. Product is semi-lightweight.Cons: pole does bend quite a bit when fully expanded-makes me wonder if it's going to eventually break. Had an issue with one of my attachments coming undone while trying to use it to dust the higher up parts of my wall, making me have to bring it down to re-tighten it. It can be a hassle to maneuver around furniture when fully stretched out, but I kind of expected that.Overall, I would recommend this product. It helped me get my full living room walls & vaulted ceiling done in about 30 minutes, when it would normally be a couple hour job up & down a stepstool or ladder while still not reaching the absolute top part of our ceiling. Only thing I'd like to see eventually solved in future products would be the tightness when screwing the duster tops to the pole & a less bendable pole.Overall, a pretty decent product.

The only thing when you attach the cleaning head that allows different angles and degrees it untwist easily during certain movements when cleaning. But is very sturdy it actually is a little heavy that’s how sturdy it is .

This product was a must have as we have very tall ceilings with fans . The attachment selection included does everything for you once youGet the pole in the air . I’m a petite woman so it’s pretty heavy for me when fullyExtended , but my husband has no problem helping so that’s great! If your looking for high quality this is the product you need to buy

I was finally able to dust all the way up the top of the chain holding the chandelier. I didn’t have a ladder high enough. The reach is good. It’s well made - and didn’t bend. It is a little heavy fully extended. The only con is the dusters don’t detach so can’t be washed the washing machine. You need to use the hose or wash in the sink.
