Got this light fixture when it was less than $15 to replace a very old one. HUGE IMPROVEMENT! It's so beautiful! Wish the price didn't jump so dramatically. I really wanted one for my back porch.

I had a handyman install this light. He loved it and so do I. I put ot on my patio and used an Edison bulb. It's simple yet elegant. It lights up the patio and part of the yard. I love it!

I am very excited to get an electrician in here to get this light hooked up! I’ve been looking for a new light for the side of my house for quite a while and this was perfect! I didn’t want anything too fancy, and I didn’t want anything that didn’t look like it didn’t go with the house. My house is 100 years old and I like to get things that look period appropriate. I get the people probably didn’t have electric lights necessarily 100 years ago - but I think if they had a light on their house, this would be a good one LOL! I wish I was more handy with hooking up electric but unfortunately I’m not. Hopefully my electrician will be here within the month and get this hooked up for me. I also need to have a little bit longer of electrical electrical line run before I can hang this up properly! Either way I would totally recommend us for your house or for your garage. I think it’s a really nice light, the price wasn’t too bad, and I see no negatives with it! I will be sure to update this review as soon as I get my light hung up 😊. Thanks again, Amazon!

Purchased this sconce to replace my original (20 year old) address light on my exterior garage wall. Installation was easy using the supplied hardware and simple instructions. This light is hooked up to a daylight sensor built into my residence. I tested the light after installation and the bulb illuminated as expected. Unlike my old light the glass in this light is held in using tabs around the glass and not nuts (I lost two of the nuts at some point and was concerned the glass would fall out during a wind storm, hence the replacement). Color of this light is uniform and appears to be very durable (time will tell).My neighbors are already looking to replace their garage light (they also have a 20 year old light), maybe this will get the whole neighborhood involved.Overall, this light has a great look and durability which should last fir years to come.

I picked up the “without D2D” version of this fixture. It has a very attractive and clean look and appears to be well made. The glass is thicker than standard glass, the metal structure seems very sturdy, and the frame does not wobble/pivot at the mounting plate, unlike many other outdoor light fixtures (I’ve replaced many of them). I installed this next to my patio door, and this really updated the look from my deck.The install was quick and easy. When I received this item I was so excited to see what it looked like that I installed it when it was cold, dark, and windy outside. Yet installation was fast and simple. I installed this on 8” cement-board siding and there was no problem with the base sitting flush with the siding. This light fixture is open on the bottom which makes for quick bulb install/exchange, and makes it easy to clean.
