I asked for this mat as a birthday present hoping it would do what it advertised. I could not have been more surprised at how good I felt after the first night. For at least 6 months I had neck and shoulder pain. Couldn’t go to the chiro as I have cervical stenosis. After the first night my neck and shoulder pain were gone!! And I mean gone!! I have such faith in the product that I bought one for each of my daughters and my boyfriend. I’m sure I’ve driven my coworkers mad touting the benefits of this amazing mat. I’m sleeping better and feel great! The only thing I wish is that I had known about this grounding mat earlier.The set up couldn’t be easier. Put it on the bed, it has elastic to hole it to the mattress, and plug it in to the ground at the receptacle. It works best on top of the sheet but I started out with it under the sheet.I definitely recommend it for anyone who has inflammation and pain. It has a bunch of benefits but I can’t name them all. Just try it.

Easy to fit over mattress. Product has helped me fall asleep faster and have better quality of sleep.

I have really enjoyed this grounding mat. I have a lot less back pain and a much better quality of sleep since buying it. It was a good price. I actually have a queen bed, but I bought the king sheet . It still works out well I can tighten it up to fit my bed easily.

Ajusta bien al colchon, pero ya en el trascurso de la noche obviamente se enrrolla quizas es por la parte de como hule que tiene

I purchased this after ready several reviews about grounding and its potential affects. I was a little skeptical but decided to try it. I get up about 4:00 am every day so I don’t get much sleep.According to my fitness tracker I would average 10 to 15 minutes of deep sleep per night. I used the mat under my feet for 30 minutes the first day and did not see any difference. I then used the mat across my legsthighs ( more surface area) for about 40 minutes per day while watching tv. My deep sleep went to over 60 minutes each night!!!! I felt better rested. I’m no longer skeptical.My wife began using it and shortly noticed an improvement in her sleep too. We have since told several friends who have purchased a mat and they have seen similar improvements. One person also said their headaches stopped too.So simple and easy to use while watching tv or working at your desk, so it doesn’t take any additional time out of my day.

Absolutely love it. So does the women. Its small and super clean. The spotify sound code works. Little hard to scan as its silver but shes happy and they did a perfect job on it.

I made my own playlist and was able to put the code on it along with engrave some other stuff for my best friend, she loves it scans it and wears it all the time. very sleek.

Si tienes alguna cadena más larga o de mejor calidad te quedará perfecto ya que en si la barra con el código y el texto se ven muy bien, por otro lado, se me hace muy limitado 8 caracteres, en persona la barra parece que pudiera llevar más texto encima, pero fuera de eso estoy satisfecho y ya compré otra.

I love it, it's really adorable, but I wish I had put stones all the way around.. I also would have placed additional text on each side as well had I known how the hole went through the bar in a way that shows all sides of the bar. There's holes for the stones to sit into on each side as well, so looks kind of funny when they're empty.. But I still love it.
