Bought to replace existing shower same model. Delivered fast and way under the cost of local plumbing store.

The shower head doesn't swivel on the hose.

Showerhead: works, lightweight.Rail: Metal rail with plastic wall holders and plastic shower head holder.Hose: Terrible - could be a hard garden hose sprayed silver, is not supple.Hose is the worst. the rest is just cheaply made.This will not age well.

In contrast to other reviews, I find this to be of great quality and super easy to install - all it needs are two drill holes and dry wall anchors + screws (triple grips worked fine with just longer screws).It can tilt both vertically and horizontally by adjusting the knob.Excellent choice for nice looks and built quality!
