This was too heavy for my Cockapoo. Gave it to my granddog, a chunky Corgi. She loves it and it’s going to last for a while.

Sturdy yet won't hurt their mouth or teeth! Long lasting fun for your dog who loves to play frisbee.

It was so heavy for my dog it did not throw good and was hard for her to pick up

This is made of thick, strong rubber so it withstands a lot of biting. However, because it is heavy, it won't throw very far, but since my yard isn't very large this is perfect. My dog also destroyed his first three frisbees in a couple of days and this one has survived more than a month.

My dog loves to play frisbee, but gets a little chompy when he's excited, so any kind of hard plastic frisbee gets destroyed pretty much immediately. Most of the alternative materials I've tried have been too heavy or floppy to fly very well, or too flimsy to stand up to the chomping. This one is pretty perfect though. There's a thicker rim around the outside to give it structure so it flies well. The center part of the disc is thinner, so it's not too heavy, but it's thick enough to resist punctures by dog teeth. These things are all hard to tell from photos, but if you have a chompy dog and want a frisbee that actually flies, you could do much worse than this one.Update: the day after I wrote this he tore a big hole in it. I wasn't present for it, so it may have been user error, but be advised that the material isn't invincible. It still flies for now though because the rim is still intact, and I still like the way it flies.
