Very nice motherboard, very impressed with build quality, features, and BIOS interface. It was very easy to use and was compatible with my 9800X3D out of the box! I replaced the Realtek NIC with an intel one because of reliability concerns with linux, and the motherboard still recognized it and played nicely with it. I was very happy with how it improved my PC build, and am happy with how it looks and runs.Getting the ethernet port working on linux wasn't hard either. I just had to go to Realtek's website, download the r8125-9.014.01 (2.5G Ethernet LINUX driver r8125 for kernel up to 6.12) kernel module, and it started working. I used michael-le dev's guide.

No 4pin nor 3pin fan works with this mobo. Really hate to say it but looks great but just wasted 300 dollars. Will be sending back for a refund definitely.

Nice motherboard, good build quality, features, and BIOS. No issues with CPU or memory compatibility. Shares a common characteristic with M.2 heatsinks that include fans – the fan is loud. However I was able to unplug that fan and attach a Thermalright HR-09 which keeps my M.2 in the low 40C range There isn’t much clearance with the GPU and CPU cooler so don’t blindly follow my lead, check clearances first. With that heatsink the M.2 drive runs cooler than the Gen 4 M.2 drive on the underside of the board. To be fair there isn’t any airflow over that M.2 drive. Not a Gigabyte specific issue, the form factor dictates the lack of airflow.As noted by others there isn’t, as of this writing, Wi-Fi drivers for Linux don’t exist and I needed to manually install the wired Ethernet driver from Realtek. No problems with Win11 and drivers.

Atrocious coil whine from motherboard

特にトラブルなどは無く、起動させることができました。Windows11をインストールしてBIOSを更新した後に気づいたのですが16コアのCPUのはずなのに8コアしか認識されていない･･･。で、いろいろ調べたりしてみたのですが結局はCMOSクリアしたら16コア認識されて問題は解決しました。GIGABYTEのマザーボードは今回初めて使うのですが、BIOS更新しても不要なごみデータとかを消去してくれないのでしょうか？と思いました。過去にこのようなことは無かったので･･･よくわかりませんが。それ以外はトラブル無くて良かったと思いますので、ちょっとサービスして星５にさせて頂きました。
