Ordered this jacket for my son, jacket came with a big slice in it from what looked like a box cutter. Emailed the company and they sent another jacket and put a rush order on it for me. They were awesome to deal with! My son loves the jacket, the soft interior of it is amazing! Fits as expected, he loves it! Nice and warm for our Northern Canadian winters!

There are two types of conditions which are particularly tough on ski jackets. I bought my sons both Gemyse jackets and we experienced both types of conditions back-to-back with excellent results!The first night, the temps were about 34 degrees with freezing rain. Lots of rain. The jackets were pelted with freezing rain at first, then it just turned to normal rain. It rained for about 6 hours straight. The test of a jacket isn't whether it resists moisture permeation with a quick splash. It's whether the inside stays warm and dry after the outside stays wet for an extended period. These jackets kept the kids warm and dry, which meant we could stay out on the slopes until our tickets expired.I took our gear to a laundromat the next morning to dry it out, set on medium (so as not to melt anything), and made sure the moisture was all gone for night 2. The second night, we experienced 17 degree temps with strong winds and a 2 degree wind chill. The mountain was making snow, so we had very cold temps, were pelted with snow, fought strong winds, and again we stayed warm and dry. The ski patrol was making announcements about frostbite potential, but we stayed snug and warm. We were all impressed. No complaints from the kids- they were concerned about the cold until we saw how well the gear performed.I would definitely buy this jacket again, and probably will when the kids inevitably grow out of these. If you have kids, you could spend a lot more on a fancier brand, but this jacket should do the job and you won't feel bad about spending a ton of money on gear that might only fit your kids for a season or two.

Looks great, fits well, and it feels really durable. Great as a layering jacket and not stiff like many kids winter jackets. My son really liked it and the color was spot on from the picture. I will say that I recommend the manufacture mark this color as burnt orange and not tan.
