I guess I thought these card holders would be a bit taller but these are extremely small. I will have to see how the cards I get work with these but I am probably going to have to get something taller because the entire point of these is to display cards high enough where people looking for their seats or waitstaff can find them and this definitely does not do that.

Because of the small size the actual card display will have to be smaller, otherwise the whole display will fall over. Balancing is the main issue. If you want to use this holder to show a specific person that should be okay because your actual place card will be more along the lines of a business card size document. Would I buy these again? No.

We have a wedding coming up that these card holders will be used for numbering each of the tables. These card holders are very simple and yet elegant. They are small but mighty little 2-inch holders that are very sturdy and can handle holding larger cards, if needed. They also have a tight curl that holds the thickness of cardstock with no issue.Once the wedding is over, I plan on repurposing these holders for displaying cards and pictures around my home. Some will also be used for making crafts for the grandkids.Because these card holders are multipurpose, they are a great deal to have on hand.
