I bought the 3.5 female to 4.4 male to plug into my DAC for balanced listening.First I want to say I’m not an audiophile. However I am serious about the best sound I can get for my money. Therefore I have better than average DAC/AMP/headphones/IEMs. (Over $1,200 to give an idea) So I’m not an expert but to me this did not degrade the sound at all. The cable adapter seems to be made of quality materials. I would think if handled properly this will last for years but I can say for source as I’ve had it less than a week.

Geekria Apollo 4N OCC and Single-Crystal Silver Upgrade Cable/ 4.4MM Balanced Male to 2.5MMAfter the first two months, the left side now drops out. If I fiddle with it it connects again. I will not use it any more as I am afraid of it shorting and damaging my DAP. Geekria: Is it too late for a refund or exchange?
