Exactly same parts that Honda dealer uses: GATES timing belt and two Koyo Pulleys. My mechanics suggested buying this and I am glad he knows Honda cars well. The two Koyo pulleys pulled form the car have the exact same appearance and brands on it.The belt has Gates Made in Japan printed on it. Yes, unlike the the description which says "Made in USA", the actual belt prints "Made in Japan". Either one is fine really. The original belt has "Honda" printed on it. But everything else on the two belts are the same, including the inside rubber, outside rubber, the inside rubber coating, the 'thread' used in the outside etc in terms of subtle color shades, materials, shape etc. They have to be from the same factory!:)

Fit perfect on my 2006 Acura MDX with 3.5L engine. Box stated that the belt was made in USA and the two pulleys were made in Japan. 4 Stars because I won't know about longevity - but have no worries.I changed the belt after 7 years and 104K miles. I debated whether to change just the belt or buy a kit with additional parts. I called two dealers in the So CA area and got different answers to what is changed during a timing belt replacement and what is extra but turns out often to be routine. Glad I purchased this kit because the original pulleys had a slight amount of play. I also replaced the tensioner and water pump which I purchased separately (same brand). The tensioner was slightly leaking fluid and the pump pulley also had some play. Knowing this now, I would consider buying the kit with all five parts. This is a big job so for DIY and if you're going to keep the car, in my opinion, it is worth the cost of replacing all five components. You might want to compare the kit price to individual pieces first.
