I'm always a little nervous the first time I buy drum unit, from a 3rd party supplier and not direct from the manufacturer. So I ordered this with some hesitation because of the price difference between this drum and the one produced by Brother. However, I was very pleased the day I received my order and they went right in and worked perfectly! The first thing I had to print was a set of 120 memos and then labels. I could not tell the difference between the pages that were previously printed with the brother drum and this unit. There isn't any blotching or streaking and everything is consistent across the page.The drum unit has performed exceptionally with clear, crisp printouts and I have experienced no issues with the use of the drum unit. They last a long time and have not dried out. Quality is just as good as buying from Brother directly, and I saved a lot of $$! Excellent product, low price but pays a lot compared to price. I am fully satisfied with this product will place order for the same item when need and will keep reserve for printing a lot of papers for my signing agent job requirements. Recommended to purchase this product. Will definitely buy from here again!

I did get a popup about non-Brother products, but I just clicked accept and the printer works well. Bought this because I couldn't stand the price for original brand Drum Unit. The more intrepid of you may know a way to purchase working drums not made by the printer manufacturer. I don’t so I’m forced to buy the genuine ones and pay exorbitant prices, exorbitant anywhere I look, not just Amazon. The benefit of Amazon is that in office stores it’s hit or miss if they have the ones you need. I have been getting store bought replacements for years and when I did not want to go out I decided to try these through amazon. BEST thing I did! They seriously last sooo much longer than my store purchased ones. Not sure why, but I’m going to keep getting them. If I didn't know by the packaging that this wasn't an original product, I would swear that I purchased a genuine brother drum unit as the print quality is amazing. Easy to install, so far I've used the drum heavily for two months and the drum is still going strong. Glad I saved by purchasing an off brand and not Brother and will make this my preferred replacement drum! Definitely a great value for the money.

Cartridge does not fit properly . The new drum is now leaving a 1/4 inch black boarder on either the left or right side of each and every page I print . Ink residue is dark and heavy . I immediately re installed my original brother cartridge and black boarder went away . When I place the Galada cartridge back in my printer black boarder is back . I will return this crappy cartridge ASAP . DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT .

I highly recommend this product from this seller. This a perfect drum unit and meets expectations. This replaced my original drum without any compatibility issues at the fraction of the cost of Brother parts.I own a small public health research firm with several printers. I purchased this drum replacement for my Brother DCP-L2550DW printer. I needed a replacement since my previous one was damaged when I was moving house. It was super easy to install, and the instructions it came on the box was super helpful. I just placed it in and was ready to go once I put a new drum unit in there. So far it seems to be working fine, I have no reason to believe it's not going to work great! Much cheaper than the manufacturer brand and same great quality of printing. Much better contrast and deep colors now. Save money and get the same quality product.Overall, I am super satisfied! Shipping was super fast, as it arrived in 1 day! The product was packaged very well with lots of cushion and padding. I use this product for all my printing needs. And when I need a replacement, I will definitely consider this seller.
