Die Leistung für dieses kleine Ding ist erstaunlich gut. Ich wollte ihn aber an einer sehr schwer zugänglichen Stelle unterbringen und per Schalter an der Steckdose einschalten. Das geht nicht. Man muss immer auf den Einschaltknopf auf dem Gerät selbst drücken, unabhängig von der gewünschten Stufe (1-2-3 Mal drücken). Wenn man die Stromzufuhr abschaltet per externen Schalter, ist das Gerät aus und man muss wieder ran. Somit für den von mir gewünschten Einsatz unbrauchbar. Bisher hatte ich immer Ventilatoren, die ich extern steuern konnte (z.B. per Alexa-Steckdose).Der Verkäufer agiert sehr kundenorientiert und ist bei Unzufriedenheit sehr zuvorkommend. So etwas ist mir auf der Amazon-Plattform erst zum zweiten Mal innerhalb von 12 Jahren passiert. Bin sehr positiv überrascht! Danke!

We purchased this fan for a specific purpose. We were looking for a small 5-in fan more powerful than the typical desk fan. We have an air conditioned garage with a doggie door that leads out to the back porch. We live in Southern Nevada and the temperatures have been getting to 117 this July and we've had consistent highs which have made it a little difficult on our outdoor barnyard animals as well as the TNR cats that call or patio home. TNR, are feral Trap, Neuter, Release cats. One cat in particular who has lived on our property more than 3 years now, is still a little skittish and we've never gotten her to be taken enough to want to come into the house as a pet. Instead she tolerates the occasional nose boop as you feed her and a little scratch on the rump, she is friends with our dogs chickens ducks and our cats. She has long hair and summers are particularly hard for her. While she has a shaded patio and a cool garden, this year even those areas can be a little too hot. We decided to make a little insulated box for her off of be unused doggie door from our garage to our covered back porch. It has a little cat door that goes into it and then we've covered up the doggie door with a piece of a box with a hole cut in at the size of the fan. Previously we had a larger fan blowing on low in there, but it was taking a lot of the cool out of the garage. This one has worked perfectly. There's hardly any noise at all from the fan, even on high. It seems to be made very sturdily. It's super easy to use with a nice easy to push and access button on the back, that has multiple speeds. The airflow is incredible for such a little fan! It's a little powerhouse! This would be perfect for a desk because it would not take up too much space. It also has an adjustable base so you could put it up higher on a shelf and pivot it in the direction you wanted the air flow. You wouldn't have to have it close to your face to get a very nice breeze. But for our purposes this little fan blows enough air into the box it actually gets a little too cold for the cat. She ends up napping about 2 ft away from the opening of it on the cold cement of the patio, where the air flows out onto her. Very happy that the setup worked and even happier we found a fan that works so great for our purposes. I'm not saying this is a normal use someone would use it for, but if you were purchasing this fan for your personal use, and you're looking for something that has a good air flow and has a good high setting, this is the fan for you!
