This is exactly what I was looking for for indoor rock climbing auto belaying - something that’s not too expensive without the frills. The only 2 problems are 1. that when I’m walking around it kind of gets uncomfortable around the groin area, which I think I read in another review as well, and 2. That when I release from the wall and am getting lowered, the material kind of cuts into/scratches my stomach area. Other than that it’s perfect for what I need, especially since I didn’t want to spend $80 on a harness that I would only use occasionally.

Pretty ok harness. Very comfy but no gear loops which makes belaying much more difficult. Loosens after a bit. Great for a beginner climber, but I would invest in a black diamond before this

I had been carrying a 10' section of rope in my pack for years to tie a Swiss Seat if needed. This harness takes up less room, is ready to go without having to remembering knots for the Swiss Seat,is very easy to put on and take off, not to mention a whole lot more comfortable. If you are looking for a very minimal, lightweight, small-packing harness in black with grey stitching, this is it. Plenty of adjustment. To anyone who said the straps are too long, take the first strap retainer and feed it under the two leg attach points and rear seat attachment point. That way it is very neat and nothing hangs.

Great harness and very sturdy for when I bring friends climbing with me. Really does fit all, needs a way to retain or tie up the excess straps.

No high end features but no high end price either. Keys for me were affordable, fast to put on and adjust, secure/strong, lightweight and easy to pack small. Have used it and find it comfortable and it checks off all my requirements. I use it for adventure when exploring and just deciding to navigate a steep hill or short face for fun. I am not a climbing fanatic or expert, but do enjoy rappelling On occasion. It stays in my backpack for whenever I get the urge. Would buy it again and recommend it; but be aware if you are looking to get into caving or big wall stuff where you need to carry all kinds of accessories this is not for you.
