The fuse is for a 2018 Nissan titan, and it looks like the original equipment.It is for the towing 12Volt drivers' side behind the radiator.

Perfect fit on my 2017 Nissan Titan xd. I needed this when my Rv cable shorted and blew the ‘always hot’ to the battery fuse.
