It's is so cute! But there is an adhesive strip to keep the case in place. Haven't tried removing it but it does offer some grip when handling the case and doesn't obstruct the charging port.

It's a super cute case, the case doesn't connect (theres two pieces, one for the top one for the bottom). There was only an adhesive on the top half of the case, so the bottom half of the case (the one with the keyring hole/attachment) keeps slipping off my earbud cases. I have to make sure i'm holding the case otherwise my bose earbud case will fall out of this one (and they have). I'm going to look to add an adhesive myself but feel like this should've been made that way already

Listen I got two cases. This is the first time I've ever bought expensive earbuds and I'm desperate to protect them (I even bought an air tag for them). So I got a teal, very plain case (https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0CY2RD3FZ) because it would arrive faster than this cute pink, video game themed one. As soon as the pink one showed up, I switched out the case. So the difference between this and the plain teal one is that the pieces of the case are not connected to one another. Which shouldn't matter because there's a sticky surface inside the top of half of the silicone case that should keep the earbuds case attached.It turns out that no. If you drop it, silicone case with fly off of the earbuds case in a manner you wouldn't think possible. So while they're much cuter, they will not protect your overpriced earbuds.
