Works for sure, And I have noticed a difference in my sleep and mood. After doing a ton of research I decided to give it a try and I feel better after I wake up for sure. Not a gimmick. Just try it.

Haven't been able to try this out as the plug isn't compatible for Australia - despite making this request/ clear when purchased :(Hope to rectify this somehow

Throw me into the skeptical camp on this one. I did not expect much but figured this would be a fun experiment, and frankly I have spent money on worse things.However! I am five days into using this pillow and after weeks of poor sleep I have slept well all five nights. Like a light switch this pillow worked instantly. I have a stressful job which is difficult to detach from some nights, and I have a beat up body from 20+ years of working out hard. However, in the five short nights of using this pillow, I have experienced fewer (almost no) sleep disruptions, less arm-going-numbness, and much deeper sleep.Now, I was not expecting an effect on my dreams. They have been wild, vivid, and very interesting. I have been dreaming of people I haven't seen or thought of for many years, and exciting scenarios which are more like the dreams I had as a kid. I really don't care why this is happening, I am just enjoying the past few nights of restorative sleep and fun dreams. This is one of the stranger purchases I have made, and one of the most surprisingly pleasant.

Bought this product about 3 months ago and it was amazing. So much so that I bought 2 more as gifts to my enlaws and they too think this product is great. Unfortunately my wife and Is's pillow case grid stopped working about a week ago. The grounding cable seems to still produce benefits that we can feel but only when we detach the cable from the pillow case and make contact with the lead directly. The feeling is indescribable but it's very therapeutic I woke up feeling energized. I stopped feeling the need to take ibuprofen which before I was taking almost daily for various soreness. That being said I'm in search of a new product would of gave 5 stars but the cases do not last long.
