My cats’ favorite motion-activated water fountain stopped working out of the blue a couple of weeks ago, so I got this one to replace it. It was pretty easy to set up, and I soon had it running on a full charge. I like the “bubbler” effect, and the cats seem to like it too. The most skittish of the three is still wary, but she’ll come around, just like she’s come around to all our other fountains. Everything comes apart easily and can be cleaned thoroughly. I love that it’s stainless, but as with a few other fountains I’ve seen, I’m always a little perplexed at the fact that it’s stainless steel which helps prevent cat acne unlike plastic dishes is a selling point, when the fountain has plastic parts that the cats will literally touch with their filthy little mouths when drinking. Thus increasing the likelihood that they’ll get cat acne after all. I’d prefer it if the “spout” parts were also stainless.The other part that gives me pause is that this is yet another fountain that uses a pretty non-standard filter. It did include a spare one, but so far I haven’t been able to find a source of replacements. The seller does have replacements listed on their page, but they’re not available at the time of writing this. If I can’t get replacement filters easily, this fountain won’t be useful for long.

This stainless steel fountain has a nice water capacity (3 liters, .8 gallons) and is easy to set up. The filters look pretty standard so replacement should be easy and it comes with a spare. The battery charged fairly quickly. The one issue I've noted so far is the plug that attaches the pump to the power source can get jarred loose by the support frame for the power source but the sensor on the front flashes red when that happens. All that said, my cats like the multi spout and the fact it's so quiet. I've got set to induction (keep pressing the power button to cycle through the options), so it comes on when they get close (or when I do). I think this is going to be great for my kitty who like to hang out in a room without easy power outlets. I think this is a nice improvement.

It was super easy to put together. The video was also very helpful in putting all the pieces together. Everything looked well packaged and it has everything I needed. My pets absolutely love it. My cat is entertained by hours looking at how the water circulates. Recommend.

Our cat loves the new drinking fountain and was immediately drinking from it. Quality product for sure! Quiet operation and very useful mat included. East to put together, no batteries and a sleek design.
