This is a great humidor, the first one I received, the hinge was slightly loose, I emailed their support team and Shirley was extremely helpful! After a quick video showing the issue another one was sent to me within 2 days. The replacement works great, keeps humidity well and an overall wonderful decoration in my room.

Great humidor. Has elegant rich design and keeps cigars fresh and at perfect humidity. Seller was extremely helpful and helped me resolve a minor issue.

Great seller! No issues at all. The humidor arrived a day earlier and in perfect condition.Make sure you follow the seasoning instructions and this humidor will do its job perfectly.

Taking extra steps to bring up the humidity in the humidor. Likely because humidity In our home is too low. Their customer service has been very good at coaching me to season the humidor. I should be able to insert my cigars in another day or so. Taking a full week to season the humidor.

Humidor is pretty nice, worth the $100 bucks for sure. Had an issue with the display of the hygrometer and they sent out a replacement, no issues contacting support. Hygrometer seems pretty accurate, it matches the boveda pack when I sealed them in a bag. Overall happy with the purchase.
