This filter works great with the 3 stage filtering system TW10 that Frizzlife makes. This filter can last up to 6 months, but it depends on the condition of the water source coming into it. If your water has a lot of large particles to filter out the filter will not last the full 6 months. It is pretty easy to replace the filter once you get the canister open. I highly recommend getting a belt wrench to hold the canister while using the provided wrench with the unit to get the individual canisters open. The size of the system can be pretty large under your sink especially if you are going the 3 filter route, so make sure you have enough room to get the filter out and new one put in.

Ich wohne in Hamburg und anscheinend ist das Wasser hier nicht sauber.Da steht ja, man soll den ersten Filter nach 6 Monaten austauschen, dass ist schon zu lange. Nach 4 Monaten habe ich Geschmack gemerkt, das der erste Liter immer komisch riecht. Jetzt habe ich den ersten gewechselt und es hat sich kaum was verändert. Man müsste in meinen Fall, alle 4 Monate alle 3 Filter wechseln. Die Filterkosten würden sich auf 180€ im Jahr belaufen.

This cartridge makes the city supplied water from the tap much more enjoyable to drink. No harsh chemicals or bitter taste anymore. Better than bottled water. Payback costs for complete unit will be aprox 15 months compared to me purchasing the 5 gallon bottles every week. Fits nicely under normal sized kitchen sink cabinet. I mounted it tight to the underside of the side with screws instead of using the mounting stand that takes up more room. (Windex bottle shows size perspective.)Suggest purchasing the model with brass connections over the plastic ones for a bit more money and a lot more confidence in a successful reliable installation.

A great system! I have had it over a year with no issues. The taste is clean and it is easy to change the filters.
