I only buy Freud blades and cutter usually. recently I could not find what I wanted straight away so strayed to another, cheaper brand. Oh fool that I am. It burned and chipped and generally did a terrible job. Frustrated, I searched again and found this cutter. What a freaking difference! Hot knife through butter! No burning on dwell. Smooth finish. Delighted.

If you're looking for a juice groove bit. Freud are best. You won't have burning marks and will get the job done! Just make sure you have dust collection

I bought this to use on a dresser I'm building for my granddaughter. I'd been having problems with tearout using other bits on the poplar I am using. This bit cut very cleanly and had no tearout.

I used it for engraving wood with some lettering and decorations, worked ideally.
