This headset is a must-have for riders! The noise cancellation ensures crystal-clear communication, even at high speeds. The IP67 waterproof rating keeps it protected in all weather, and the battery provides long-lasting use. Universal pairing works with most helmets—highly recommend for safe and easy communication on the road!

Let's talk about it. First, the upside.Pretty easy to use and set up to the phone. Kind of intuitive. Does connect intercom yo other brands ( Sena 20s verified) The slim design is nice and doesn't make me worry about hitting a button when I turn my head. The downside. Not really confident in the durability of the device. I am not easy on my things and feel that like I can crush it accidentally. The other downside is setting up the comms. Had to youtube a different model to figure out how to pair the intercom with other brands. The other is sound quality. The volume is high but piercing when riding.Still I only deducted one star because it does work as advertised and some earplugs can help with helmet noise.

There's much to like about this "intercom" headset, but there are a few glaring oversights that need to be addressed.I'm not certain the "3M" adhesive is real. Try as I might, but I had the toughest time getting this to stick to my Shoei RF-1200. The "3M" adhesive was not sticky at all. I took it on one ride and it nearly fell off. The adhesive needs to be better, and potentially thicker. On my unit, it doesn't stick out further than the rubber that prevents the plastic housing from scratching your helmet. You really need to press the adhesive for it to get an alright hold.Another thing I find inexcusable is the tap vs. hold actions for the plus and minus buttons. The hold action takes way too long to skip tracks. I'm a rider that finds the volume I like before I ride and use it indefinitely. I do, however, skip tracks all the time. It takes about ~3 seconds to skip a song. That's a lot of distance traveled with a single hand on the handlebars. Doing this multiple times over the course of a ride (or even over and over finding the right song) and there's the potential for something bad to happen.I'm sure this is great for group rides if everyone has the same intercom, but I tried pairing two different riding intercoms and could not get them to connect. My phone had bluetooth turned off and both intercoms were put into pairing modes and they could not find each other.I don't like that the instruction booklet and the website specs do not match. There were multiple stickers on the box and in the instruction booklet overwriting the stated capacity of the unit (1100 mAH) and what actually appears to be present in the unit (1000 mAH). This is very misleading since the first thing people are going to see are the product page on Amazon and will actually be getting less than they expected. There are some things I like about this unit though. The sound quality is actually decent and these get LOUD. It'll never sound as good as ear buds under the helmet, but they sound good enough where I can still jam out on a ride. The microphone quality is good too. My fiancee could still tell I'm on the bike, so I don't know how good the noise canceling is, but she could still hear me clearly. I like that the charging port is separate from the port used to connect the speakers/microphone. I believe that the unit is IP67 rated. It's well built and all ports have some form of rubber covering to them and the speaker port has a very tight seal for connecting the speakers. The phone assistant button actually works on this unit. My previous unit has the ability to summon the phone assistant, but seems to be listening from the phone rather than the headset. So I like that the assistant can hear you through the built in microphone. It makes it easy to control the phone, change navigation or playlist, etc.If you're a single rider looking for a headset, not an intercom, get these if you're looking for something cheap. I can't recommend it for group rides, as I couldn't get it to connect to two different intercoms, despite following the video instructions on the webpage. I also think FreedConn should update the product page to show the true specs of the device because the current information is misleading.

I got this on a promotional vine order, but I'm purchasing another to pair with this one. This is a really nice headset considering the cost. It connects easily and the sound quality in the headset is better than I was expecting at the price. I'm going to get another one to put in the wife's hel.et so we can talk on the road. I linked this with a different brand that didn't work well, but I was able to test the intercom on this and it works flawlessly. Great buy.

I bought this exclusively to use with the intercom function but was very disappointed to see no mention of it on the box nor in the instruction manual. The listing on Amazon features it prominently but I can't figure out how to get it to pair. Likely going to return it.
