We purchased this net for our son to practice Lacrosse. The net is a great size, it doesn’t confuse his skill. It was easy to assemble, and is sturdy. It is not portable. It did help my son to have his own net at home to practice with, so it was a great investment.

My son uses this with his rebounder. Great for practice!

When I started to put this together I became really worried about assembling the net. I ended up using 3 zip ties, 1 on each corner to help keep the net in place. Then I started lacing and everything went smoothly (though a little time consuming). Once I was done, I cut the zip ties and it turned out great. The kids love it.

A bit of a process to set up the net. The frame was super easy, but the net took some time. But once it’s setup it’s a beaut. My son loves it , seems durable so far. Hope it lasts a long time.

This Lax goal is outstanding and absolutely unbeatable for the price. The size is exactly right. Both my son and daughter play so we got one for the backyard and it has really ramped up their shooting skills because they get to shoot at a goal every day at home. You can go out and purchase really expensive lax goals if you want but unless you're using them for real games, you're really just wasting you money. One caveat is that we are not planning on transporting this goal anywhere. It's wouldn't be convenient to detach and transport, but this isn't a consideration of mine. This Franklin goal is sturdy and easy to assemble. After reading the other reviews I was a bit worried that attaching the net would be a huge pain, but it really isn't that bad at all. I cut the attachment string and attached the net about 15 ft at a time burning the string ends with a lighter so they wouldn't come undone. It helps if you get a second person to hold the net taut as you string it through the net and onto the bars. Piece of cake. We just use the goal and leave it out in the backyard in the elements. So far it has survived 2 months of rain and cold and looks like it's brand new. We've launched WAY over 2000 shots at it by now and it's holding up great. If it falls apart eventually so what? I'd buy it again and again because for the price of other goals, I can by several brand new Franklin goals. I am extremely pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone who plays. It definitely improves your shooting game.
