This is great for ice fishing giving a place to store a few items and be able to put fish in the bucket as well. The top could have a little more padding but not an issue. The hinged part being plastic will eventually start to break apart, but I still get many seasons of use out of it.

I made a bucket set up for cooling system recharging with my vacuum tool and it stays in here. I drilled a hole through it to run the hose into the bucket and it's pretty legit. haven't sat on it though

Time will tell how well it holds up BUT it is super convient to hold tackle AND any fish you caught. Seat is adequate especially considering constantly getting up to check bait, cast again. Plastic not as thick as I expected but would buy again for convience.

Love this thing!! I bought it because it’s a half seat and still allows use of the bucket. Holds gear as well because the top of the lid is hinged and allows for gear to be held in this piece and keeps that gear somewhat water sealed. No more rusted pliers and such.

Great tool for the pan fishermen on the move. Room to drop your fish in the bucket without standing up. Flip the lid and you will find a handy storage box with lots of room for jigs, a midday lunch and other essential items. However, if a soft cushey chair is your thing, then you may want to pass on this item.
