It took a couple of tries for me to locate the right spot light for my nativity scene this past Christmas. Tried a couple of battery operated ones but their brightness didn’t have the quality I was looking forReally like the great functionality of the remote

This lamp was acquired through Vine at no cost to me. The lamp is bright and the hand remote functions well. The brightness and color of the light can be changed via remote from soft white to near daylight. I didn't try the timer function but assume it works. The lamp appears to have memory and retains the last settings when it is turned On/Off. I have the lamp on a separate timer which works great. Only complaint is the lamp stem is a little short for my application. My large hanging picture frame is 3.5" from the wall and the stem+base on this lamp is only 2.5" long. So I disassembled the lamp base and stem and developed my own mounting solution for the large picture frame (see photo).

These spot lights are perfect for my pool all summer. I can put them on a timer so they will come on at dusk and we can see where we are going as we come in the gate. I love it so much and the light is bright enough to keep my area well lit. The price is perfect so I can buy more!

I got this light kit because I thought I could use it at a live event. There's nothing wrong with it, but it was too small for my needs. It would work well in someone's home or backyard though.
