This was way bigger than I was expecting and can hold probably six pairs of the mini or 4 pairs of the standard Calmers. I have two pairs of the mini Calmers and what I do, is I fill it a third with witch hazel. I put the Calmers I'm not wearing in there and let them sit (with the lid screwed on of course) until I need them. Witch hazel kills any bacteria on them as well as acts as a soothing stringent/moisturizer for your ear canals. You can also try peroxide (3%).
