Fishbites Trading Post ubicado en el campus de la fábrica Fishbites. Comenzó en New Smyrna Beach en la década de 1940. Los productos de pesca de picaduras de pescado son el resultado de una pasión de por vida por la pesca y décadas de investigación científica. Carr Specialty Baits, (CSB), el fabricante de Fishbites, es una empresa familiar con sede en St. Augustine, FL y fue fundada en 2001 por ávido pescador y biólogo marino de renombre mundial Dr. William (Bill) Carr Ph.D. (1935-2021). Los peces pueden oler algo interesante, pero al probarlo, pueden simplemente escupirlo antes de que puedas poner el gancho. El combo "sabor/aroma" de Fishbites es lo que crea golpes explosivos y por qué los peces permanecen en los cebos durante períodos más largos.

I thought I was getting a good online deal. Turns out, it was the same (single) pack that I could buy in a store. It also reads, "2 x 12 inch" which it's not. It's more like 9" strands of bait. But ASIDE from that, when I initially fished this product, I was about to give up on it. Three outings and about 6 hours of fishing multiple spots top and bottom and no fish. Then, on the 4th trip by Naples FL, a black drum hammered on the shrimp flavor. It was my first black drum and broke the slump. Since then, it's produced catfish and snapper, and while reeling in, a huge mystery fish slammed it but got away. I keep this in my tackle box now and when I get skunked casting for bait, I can put the cast net away and just FISH. The consistency is like carpet backing, so it stays on until you want it off (and maybe even beyond). Keep a knife and/or pliers handy for this stuff.

The fishbites in the package were old and completely dried out. This is the last time I am ordering this item.

It is so good for bait fishing. One pack lasts you forever! Cut tiny little pieces and attach to tiny hook then boom catch countless small live bait over and over again You don’t have to worry about baiting your hook after every false bite because this material sticks forever if hooked properly Just leave it there until fish is on!
