It’s absolutely a gem but so sad that it was lost after the second day. It was tightly screwed on but I guess not good enough.

I shoved this bad boy in my nose piercing hole. Took me a long time and it's sore now because the it wasn't the same size. It's very cute and very pretty. As long as it doesn't fall off, I'd say it was worth it.

This is a beautiful piece of jewelry! Only downside is it doesn't stay in one place it moves upside down and stuff but otherwise its so beautiful!

1. Almost impossible to get in- there are 2 different size posts, but they're both awkward sizes2. The length of the front post that you screw into the back is sooo small that it's going to irritate and hurt your area, no matter how long the piercing has been there (and it's been over a decade)3. The orange stone in the middle was loose when it arrived and fell out almost immediately.4. When it is screwed in, even when it's not in the posts still don't screw together too wellI've been wearing piercings for years, and I've tried many different styles, but this is just a horrible design. I do not recommend it at all
